Can You Make Money Taking Surveys?

It’s hard to make money taking surveys.  It takes a lot of time and the pay is not great.  There are better online computer jobs.  Some require a bit of marketing savvy. Others require you to invest some of your own cash to get started.  

There are lots of scams out there.  So, before you pay for anything, be sure you know what you’re getting into.  Here’s a look at some of the “real” money making opportunities.

Connect Employers with Employees or Buyers with Sellers

Instead of trying to make money taking surveys, you can earn referral fees by connecting people.  Whether it is an employer looking for a qualified employee or a company looking for buyers, the people that you know may have the right qualifications.  When it comes to buyers, the only qualification is a credit card.

When the transaction is completed or the person gets hired, you earn referral fees.  Online computer jobs like this only require that you know other people.

Blogging

Blogging is not just a way to express your opinion.  It is also a way to earn some dough.  Many other computer jobs require that you have your own website, which costs money.  You can set up a blog for free at a variety of different websites.  Not all of them pay, but some of them do.

If you set up your own blog, you can earn money with advertisers provided by Google or by joining an affiliate program.  Setting up a blog doesn’t require a lot of skill. It’s basically “point and click”.  You do need to be able to write interesting or informative posts and you have to have the time to do it on a regular basis, if you’re going to make any money at it.  But, it’s a far better use of your time than trying to make money taking surveys.

Take Some Photos

It might not be one of the highest paying computer jobs, but you don’t need to be a professional photographer to make a few bucks.  Website owners are in constant need of photographs and they are willing to pay.

There are several different websites that allow you to post your photos and get paid for them.  It doesn’t take a lot of time or effort.  Once they are uploaded, you’re done.  You can always add to the collection as time goes by.

There are other ways to earn, as well.  But, I’m sorry to say that you probably won’t make money taking surveys.
